TJ Way & Erin Simms are The Soul Touchers. The friends decided to form as a group in August 2005 after collaborating on their song Deeply Falling for which Erin provided the music. After receiving such a positive response from friends & fans, they officially became a group.
The Soul Touchers Mission Statement is to touch hearts and make a difference through music!
Their most current red-hot single – Adopt The World– featuring vocalist Erin Gannon Simms, is now available to buy on iTunes Amazon CD Baby
Their Charity CD – Angels All Around Us – was produced to help raise money and awareness to support children’s battle with leukemia for the CHEO foundation – Oncology Department – of Canada.
The Soul Touchers single – Love Is All – written and composed by TJ Way, features the heartfelt voice of Country Artist Shelly Rann. In 2012, the single was released for a period of 1 year; 100% of the proceeds from the sales of the song were donated to aid children living in poverty by ‘Way’ of the Show Kids You Care Organization.

TJ WAY
TJ Way was born in Lebanon, Beirut. She immigrated with her family to Canada in 1976 and has resided in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, from a young age. She is a Canadian citizen and considers Canada to be her home, and is very proud of it. Her love for music drew her to write songs at the age of thirteen. To this day, she remains a composer with a devoted passion. Her major influences are: Elvis Presley, Anne Murray, Paul Anka, Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, and Loretta Lynn.
TJ is a loyal songwriter who writes meaningful and heartfelt lyrics that have touched many people over the years – thus The Soul Touchers. Making a difference in the world, and leaving something beautiful behind for all to embrace and cherish, is TJ’s purpose in life. And she aims to continue on, by bringing across messages of love, hope, and peace, for all to enjoy and practice.
ERIN GANNON SIMMS
When an artist emerges, the world celebrates an overnight success. Seldom is that truly the case. As coal is refined into a diamond, what appears to come out of nowhere is often the result of a drive that fuels years of hard work and dedication.
UK born singer-songwriter, Erin Gannon Simms’ road of determination has yielded a successful recording career that has seen a host of publishing deals, scores of radio play on stations around the world, and co-writes with well-known hit writers. Her songs cracked the Top 10 on web radio UK Broadjam on three occasions and Simms was recently honored as ‘Songwriter of the Month’ by Indie Isles Magazine.
Born in Newport, South Wales, UK, Erin cites her Belfast-born father who once played bass in a band with Van Morrison – as having a profound influence on her foray into music. Erin’s mother has always been her biggest fan.
While the ebullient Erin is known for her wacky, engaging sense of humor, she is a sincere and responsible artist with a passion for helping others. An email friendship formed with Ottawa, Canada-based songwriter and manager TJ Way, through a mutual respect of one another’s music. The internet encounter provided the opportunity to showcase Erin’s socially-conscious mindset. The pair collaborated, writing and co-producing the heart-felt EP Angels All Around Us. A portion of the proceeds for the four-song album are donated to support children’s battle with leukemia. Erin spent some time in Ottawa, Canada with her family in 2010 and adores the country. She hopes to one day reside there.
